Acceptable Use Policy

Chipmunks Dance Trend is for fun, consensual trend videos. Every video has three people, from three photos, one adult in each. By using the service you agree to these rules.

Photos you may use

• Photos of yourself, if you are 18 or older.
• Photos of adult friends, family members or coworkers who are in on it and are happy to appear in the video. Ask each of them first: the confirmation next to the button covers everyone in your photos.
• One person per photo, face clearly visible.

Pets aren’t accepted yet: the generator takes three adults.

Not allowed

• Photos of anyone under 18, including in a photo of yourself with a child.
• Photos of public figures, celebrities or politicians, or attempts to recreate a real artist.
• Photos of people without their permission, including screenshots of someone else’s TikTok, or videos meant to harass, bully, shame or deceive anyone.
• Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, and anything violent, hateful or illegal.
• Using videos for impersonation, fraud, fake endorsements or misinformation.
• Trademarks you don’t have rights to: photos in Alvin, Simon, Theodore or Chipettes costumes, the characters’ logos, or other branded material.

How we enforce this

We check uploaded photos and finished videos with automated safety filters. A photo that fails its check costs nothing. A finished video that fails its check keeps the credits it cost. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Posting your video

Label your video as AI-generated where the platform allows it. Don’t present it as real footage.

Report a video

If you believe a video made here uses your likeness without permission or breaks these rules, email contact@chipmunksdancetrend.video with a link or description. We act within 24 hours and remove videos we still host. For the reference clips on our trend page, see copyright and likeness reports.
