What to include

• Video help: the email on your account and a link to the video (from My videos).
• Billing: the email used at checkout and the approximate date.
• A video stopped by the safety check: the email on your account and the time you made it. We review it and tell you what we found.
• Content report or likeness complaint: a link or description of the video and why it should be removed. We act on these within 24 hours; see copyright and likeness reports.
• A reference clip that is yours: the creator, a person in the clip or a rights holder can send the link of the clip or of the TikTok post. We remove it within 24 hours.
