These terms govern your use of Chipmunks Dance Trend (“we”, “the service”) at chipmunksdancetrend.video. By creating an account or generating a video you agree to them.
The service
We turn three photos you upload, one adult in each, into an AI-generated video of the Chipmunks Dance trend: a 25-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p in which the three of you take the places of our three AI-made dancers for the whole routine. The video is silent and contains no music. Results are produced by third-party AI models and vary; we can’t guarantee a particular look, likeness or motion.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have permission from everyone shown, that everyone shown is 18 or older and agreed to be in the video, that none of them is a public figure, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use Policy. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to create, store and deliver your videos and keep the service safe.
Your videos
Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make for personal, non-commercial use. Label them as AI-generated where platforms allow.
The videos contain no music. A sound you add when you post, such as the trend’s TikTok sound, belongs to its rights holders and gives you no rights beyond what the platform allows: add it through the platform’s own sound library and follow its music rules. The reference clips on our trend page belong to their credited creators and are not part of what we sell.
Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. The packs are $9.90 for 1 HD video, $24.90 for 3, $39.90 for 5, and one video uses 100 credits. Prices are shown before checkout. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. If a video fails or times out, its credits return to your balance automatically. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Safety and moderation
We automatically review photos and videos and may block, refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts, that break these terms. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
Not affiliated
Chipmunks Dance Trend is an independent, fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bagdasarian Productions, 20th Century Studios, Majesco, Dead or Alive, Epic Records, Rhino, Fox Music, will.i.am, Interscope, TikTok, the creators who started the dance, or the makers of the AI models we use (Kling, kie.ai). Names are used only to describe the trend.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here. Generated videos are stored for 14 days, so download anything you want to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
